Rushed massage and not a good environment. During the massage, the receptionist outside seemed to be having some argument with another customer. Unsettling. Hot stone was also not fully done. Massage is also very ok. Towards the second half, the receptionist seemed to tell my masseuse to finish the massage early so they can cater to the next customer.
We tried this place for the first time and both my husband and I are very satisfied. Mandy and Emmie were our masseuses. We did the combo body+foot for 90mins. The place is quiet and clean. We will be back.
Walked in to check the spot out… it was very nice and clean. I already had prior arrangements so I told the lady I would come back at 6pm… she stated she had an appointment at 6pm and to come back any time after 6:30pm. I arrived back at 6:38pm( took 8 mins to find parking in Hoboken) once arrived was told that she can only take me at 8pm. While waiting another young lady came back after being promised to be seen at 6:30pm. Might I add I asked if I needed to make an appointment she stated no since it was slow and it was a Tuesday. Don’t get me wrong the pricing was AMAZING which made me stop in. Just didn’t appreciate the miss communication. Willing to give it another shot later.
